Vlad is a Co-Founder of The RANt Group, and is the head of its Advisory Practice – he puts the clients first. Vlad manages large accounts, currently as a programme director on the executive committee of a market leading consumer finance business. He provides the expertise only a senior operations and technology professional with over 20 years of international experience can deliver. His background spans various countries across several industries. He has an impressive track record of delivering significant internal business change for organisations as well as creating enterprise solutions for global markets utilising both B2B and B2B2C models. Vlad has held senior Information Technology and Executive positions including the COO of Hellenic Bank, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Samsung Electronics Europe and CTO of Norton Rose Fulbright. As part of the COO role at Hellenic Bank, Vlad also led the HR, Operations, Marketing and Legal functions.
